Project Spectrum
Created out of Zimbabwe's first and probably only infrastructure and real estate developer, Urban Rises ambitions are to continue to provide an experienced approach and a continued raising of standards in the creation, development and management of property projects. We cover a large spectrum of property products, from residential schemes for varying income groups, through to commercial retail and office space development in the Central Business District and suburbs.
Developmental Role
Urban Rises aims to partner clients from concept development toward project definition, investment attraction and implementation. The role of Urban Rises encompasses the necessary activities in the project co-ordination and management from site acquisition and product definition through to design development and construction implementation.
Experience & Skills Coverage
The company houses international experience, coupled with a wealth of local knowledge. Collectively in the management tier, the knowledge of the property sectors both home and abroad is extensive and comprehensive. However, we style ourselves as a learning organisation and are proud to be receptive to new ideas and approaches to design and construction development to learn from the past and present to develop the future. We have also been actively courting and undertaking projects in several countries outside of Zimbabwe.
